Return Policy

At JP Nutraceuticals, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure a smooth return process. Please read our return policy carefully for details:

General Policy We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To initiate a return, contact us at office@jp-nutraceuticals.com. Returns must be sent to the following address:  1110 W Elliot Rd # 1110, Tempe AZ 85284.

Eligibility for Returns To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Be in the same condition as received (unopened, unused, with a seal, in original packaging, without any damage).

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Process Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions for sending your package. For any return-related questions, feel free to email us at office@jp-nutraceuticals.com.

Damages and Issues If your item is defective, or damaged, or you received the wrong product, inspect it upon delivery and contact us immediately so we can make things right.

Non-Returnable Items Certain products are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, nutritional supplements, flowers, plants).

  • Custom or personalized items.

  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty products).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you have specific concerns about your item, reach out to us.

Exchanges To exchange an item, we recommend returning your original purchase for a refund (once accepted) and placing a new order for the desired product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period For customers within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. Items must be in their original condition and include proof of purchase.

Refunds Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you about approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at office@jp-nutraceuticals.com.
